Lake Geneva Community Clubhouse
Sub-terranean, Lake Geneva community clubhouse is home for the owners and members of the South Shore Club community on Lake Geneva. The facility preserves lake views for surrounding homeowners by keeping a low profile. Turf roof doubles as community gathering space, featuring a fire pit, grill, and spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the cloverleaf pool to the North.
Forty private individual properties surround the clubhouse and its cloverleaf pool. It extends their entertaining beyond that of their own homes. At five thousand square feet, there is ample space for large events. A catering kitchen makes the space appropriate for banquets or parties. During the summer months, the Clubhouse opens its broad Nana Wall doors to connect to the outdoors in dramatic fashion.
The clubhouse has lockers and showers for those interested in taking a swim or relaxing in the hot tub. The facilities further extend to the exterior with a garden grill area on the roof. There is a cottage “ruins” which offers a working grill and fire pit. This area also features the terrazzo marker and community flag pole originating from the former Northwestern Military Academy, the former occupants of this site.
