Northbrook Walters New Home

Overview

Northbrook Walters New Home

This beautiful Northbrook, Illinois residence (Northbrook, IL) is designed with a focus on an entertainment lifestyle. The dramatic exterior welcomes friends and family home. Guests are directed to the front entry, while family members proceed to the side entry garages and parking area.

The welcoming front porch offers protection from the elements and casual gathering space, including a porch swing platform for ultimate relaxation. Guests enter through the front door, and from the Foyer, one is graciously invited into the public or entertaining spaces of the home.

A ground-floor home office reflects today’s demand for a private and secluded office environment. There is even a side entrance for business guests.

While the open-plan format creates expansive views and sensations of space, each room maintains a distinct identity. Each space has its assignment and easily transitions from one to another. Some are quite open and flow naturally, interacting with one another.

The gourmet kitchen is as functional as it is welcoming. Connected to the Dining Room, the Kitchen can be a working space without separating it from the action.

The second floor features three en-suite bedrooms, including the expansive Master Suite. An additional two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath. Bedrooms are generously sized with large closets and full baths.

Each bedroom benefits from architectural features like balconies, volume ceilings, or bay extensions. A dedicated second-floor laundry is amply sized and conveniently located to serve the entire family.

The Master Suite has its own private balcony overlooking the dining patio and rear yard. It then extends into the Master Bathroom and Closet. A sitting area enjoys the warmth of the beautiful fireplace. Natural light plays a crucial role and is drawn into every room to make them all warm and inviting.

This Northbrook Walters New Home checks all of the boxes.
