Bridgewater New Jersey Residence
This beautiful Bridgewater New Jersey residence (Bridgewater, NJ) is designed with a focus on an entertainment lifestyle. The dramatic exterior welcomes guests and with ample permeable parking, the limitations are few. Guests are directed to the front entry, while family proceeds to the side entry garages and parking area.
Guests enter through the front door and beneath a winding, circular stair to the second floor. From the Foyer, one is immediately greeted with a spectacular view of the patio through the sunken Great Room. Access to the formal Dining Room and the Pub Room are also choices from the Foyer as is extending deeper into the Kitchen and Keeping Room.
While the open-plan format creates expansive views and sensations of space, each room maintains a distinct identity. Each space has its assignment and easily transitions from one to another. Some are quite open and flow naturally into one another.
Others have a more private intention and have the option of isolation and intimacy. The gourmet kitchen is as functional as it is welcoming. Connected to the Keeping Room, the Kitchen can be a working space without separating it from the action.
The second floor houses four en suite bedrooms, including the expansive Master Suite. Bedrooms are generously sized with walk-in closets and full baths. Each bedroom benefits from specific architectural features like balconies or bay extensions. A dedicated second-floor laundry is amply sized and conveniently located to serve the entire family.
The Master Suite has its own private balcony overlooking the patio and pool areas. It then cascades into the Master Bathroom, Closet, and Dressing Area. This then leads to the Sunrise Deck which enjoys broad vistas and features an outdoor fireplace. Natural light plays a crucial role and is drawn into every room to make them all warm and inviting.
This Bridgewater New Jersey Residence checks all of the boxes.

Whether local or across the country, good design stands out and highly specialized tools facilitate good communication and thorough comprehension. The result is a finely crafted home designed to fit the particular needs of your family. Your experience during the design and construction is perhaps as important as the home itself. You will create a better home if you can fully understand and appreciate its form. Even better, your joy during the design and construction shines through, illuminating your home for decades to come.
