Northbrook Craftsman Home

Traditional style with a spectacular view.

Overview

Northbrook Craftsman Home

The Northbrook Craftsman Home is a testament to the seamless blend of classic style and modern functionality, designed by Mark Eric Benner – Architects. This project involved the complete tear-down of an existing structure to make way for a custom-built, Craftsman-style two-story home, meticulously crafted to meet the needs of a growing young family.

The new home boasts an open floor plan, creating a spacious and welcoming environment that fosters connection and comfort. Every detail, from the rich woodwork to the intricate stone accents, speaks to the timeless elegance of Craftsman design. At the same time, the layout ensures that the home is practical and adaptable for family life.

In addition to the principal residence, an accessory structure was thoughtfully designed to serve as both a garage and a pool house, enhancing the property’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. This multi-purpose structure complements the main home, offering additional space for recreation and storage while maintaining the cohesive Craftsman aesthetic.

The Northbrook Craftsman Home is more than just a residence; it’s a carefully considered environment that reflects the family’s lifestyle and future aspirations, ensuring a perfect balance of tradition and contemporary living.
