  • Advanced Manufacturing Space: The facility houses 17 high-precision injection molding machines, a dedicated production area, and a streamlined warehouse, all designed for maximum operational efficiency.

  • Strategic Visibility and Access: Situated with high visibility from US-23, the facility’s signage is strategically positioned to attract attention from highway traffic, enhancing business opportunities. The site design separates passenger vehicles and shipping trucks at the earliest possible point, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow.

  • Office and Collaboration Areas: The 5,200 square foot office space includes nine private offices, a spacious conference room, a laboratory for product testing, and a welcoming reception area. These spaces are designed to foster collaboration and innovation.

  • Employee Wellness and Safety: Prioritizing occupant well-being, the facility features landscaped outdoor spaces for relaxation, a reinforced lunchroom that doubles as a storm shelter, and the use of healthy, sustainable building materials throughout.

  • Sustainable Design Elements: The site includes a multi-functional stormwater detention pond, integrated seamlessly with the landscaping to manage runoff while enhancing the facility’s aesthetic appeal.
